If you look through the hunting laws of many different states, you will find a lot of them do not make any sense.
So we made a list of the 10 dumbest hunting laws.
Many states do not allow you to shoot albino animals.

There is no science to back this law up. Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Law Enforcement Coordinator William Morris spoke on the matter.“It wasn’t something the agency pushed for,” Morris said. “There is no biological reasoning for having it. It doesn’t benefit wildlife at all. Someone came up with the idea. We really have no rhyme or reason for it other than someone proposed it and now we have it.”

No Trail Cams during hunting season in Montana.

It is legal to use them in the off season but when the season comes in you must take them down. seems like a silly law in my opinion.

“It is unlawful to take any deer by any means while the deer is in any lake, stream or pond.”

This law is very hard to understand because it has not been clearly defined.

No lighted knocks in some states.

Lighted knocks do not offer hunters any advantage over the animal. They can be a crucial part of tracking an animal, since you can more accurately tell where you hit the animal. It seems to me that using lighted knocks only makes a hunter more ethical.

Wisconsin has a law that makes it legal to shoot velvet bucks

On the other hand this same law makes it illegal to poses antlers with velvet. Try to figure that one out.
