I have lost count of all the deer I have skinned in my lifetime. It is just not the ones I have personally killed but I have assisted others in my hunting party as well. I like to think I do a pretty good job and am fairly quick, but I have nothing on these guys.
It is pretty obvious that they have skinned hundreds if not thousands of deer. You do not get that good doing a handful every year. They both work at a processing facility and defiantly gets a lot of practice.
Both videos also shows the importance of a good sharp knife, that cuts through that skin like butter.
Both get the Job done fast, but who did a better job?
First up Dave from Peach Orchard Deer Processing in South Carolina.
Second we have Mike From Three Way Deer Processing in Tennessee.
